  • It all begins with an in-person consultation with a US-based JumpStart Business Consultant to review your needs, and confirm you’re a good fit for the JumpStart. Most are, but if your needs exceed that of a JumpStart, we’ll give you options to consider. Contact using the form below to get started!

  • Your JumpStart Business Consultant will introduce you to your JumpMaster, a US-based Salesforce Certified Administrator who will be your point of contact. They are responsible for your success and will schedule three sessions with you. The first to understand your business and cover JumpStart Fundamentals (contact info, login access, website, location, users, etc.). They will document overall business requirements for the JumpStart team to implement. The second meeting will be to review the JumpStart per requirements. The third session will be for training.

  • Your JumpMaster will access your Salesforce.com instance and implement our proprietary 150-Steps. This level-sets your instance per industry best practices. They will also implement your business requirements within the guidelines as defined by Salesforce best practices for Jump Starts.

  • Your JumpMaster will review your JumpStarted Salesforce Org with you, and create a roadmap for any future updates or changes. They will also recommend a support agreement for ongoing updates and changes as your needs grow and evolve. JumpStart Support comes in 5, 10 and 15 hour per month increments. Jumping is one thing - we’ll make it safe and fun. Once you land, keeping everything organized is just as important. That’s why we recommend a Support Agreement.

  • Your JumpStart Business Consultant will meet for a final review and discussion of any additional needs. If necessary, they will schedule future check-ins and send you a satisfaction survey. We strive for excellence, and like any company, hope you will be a completely satisfied customer and future reference!

  • It’s a simple fact your needs will evolve. Your expectations of Salesforce today will be different next month and next year. For that reason, we highly recommend a JumpStart Support agreement. Your Jump Master will be your point of contact for support.

  • If you sign up for 12, 24 or 36 month Support Agreement, we are willing to spread the JumpStart upfront cost over that period.
